Dhondakai fry


  • Ingredient::
  • Dhondakai- half kg, cut into 4 pieces(horizontally) 
  • mustard seeds-1/2tsp
  • urad dal -1/4 tsp
  • curry leaves-5
  • garlic-1 clove
  • coconut powder-1 cup(take small cup)
  • turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
  • chilli powder-1 tsp
  • salt-according to taste
  • oil-2 tsp

Preparation: 
    1. Take kadai, add oil let it heat then add urad dal let it fry then add mustard seeds let it splutter then add garlic let it fry and add curry leaves then add dondakai
   2. Add turmeric powder and salt then mix it well, close it with a lid for 5min and stir it until it become soft or cooked.
  3.now add chilli powder and coconut powder, fry for 1 min.
 4. Garnish with coriander leaves
