Mutton fry

Ingredients:
Mutton-1/2 kg  cut it into medium pieces and wash it
onion-1 medium size, chopped it into pieces
tomato-1, chopped it
chilli powder--according to u r taste
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
salt- according to u r taste
coriander powder-1 tsp
garam masala-1tsp
cloves-2
cinnamon stick-2 
oil-2-3 tsp
ginger, garlic paste-1tsp


Method:
 1. take pressure cooker, add oil let it heat than add cloves, cinnamon,  when it is fried add onions let it fry for 2-3 min, then add ginger, garlic paste let it fry for 1min.
2. add mutton fry for 2min then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt fry for 2-3 min then add water.
3.cover the pressure cooker and wait for 3-4 whistles, after that if there is any water cook it without lid until the water evoperates then garnish with coriander leaves.
