kakarakaya fry(Bitter guord)

Ingredients:

6 medium Bitter gourd diced.
1tsp turmeric powder.
1 tsp salt.
For seasoning:
1tsp urad dhal.
1tsp cumin seeds.
1 tsp mustard seeds.
few curry leaves.
Preparation:

1.Add 1tsp 
salt to diced bitter gourd pieces and mix well and keep aside for 1/2-1hr


2.Squeeze the bitter gourd pieces .heat the oil in a  pan and do the seasoning adding urad dhal,mustard seeds and cumin seeds and curry leaves.

3.Add the squeezed bitter gourd pieces and fry till they are cooked well.

4.Once the bitter gourd is fried add red chili powder and mix well and fry for 1 min.
