Mutton Curry

Mutton Curry
Ingredients: 
1. Onions -2 ( If you want more gravy add one more)
2. Green chilli's - 6 (Adjust according to your spicy)
3. Ginger Garlic Past - 1 Table spoon
4. Coconut Mil - 1 Medium Glass
5. Red Chili powder - 1 Table spoon
6. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 table spoon
7.Salt - According to your taste.
8. Cloves- 3
9. Cinnamon Stick - 1
10. Tomato - 1
11. Mutton (Lamb) - 500 grams
12. Coriander leaves

To Grind:- Take a pan and add one table spoon oil and add sliced onions(1 and 1/2) and chilli's. Fry for 5 minutes and take out, let it cool and then grind in to paste.

Preparation:- 
1. Take a Pressure cooker and add three table spoons oil, let it heat and then add cloves and Cinnamon let it fry for 1/2 minute.
2. Add the remaining 1/2 onion let it fry for 2 minutes and add chopped tomato let it cook for 2 minutes then add ginger garlic paste let it fry for 1 minute.
3.Add grind paste and fry till the oil separates then add mutton, chili powder, turmeric powder and salt, let it fry for 2 minutes and add half glass water and cover the pressure cooker, let it cook for 4 to 5 whistles
4. Add coconut milk and let it cook for 5 min or up to gravy consistency. At last add  coriander leaves  and serve with Vada, Dosa and Idly.......etc
